Dept of JustUs Atty Gen Eric Holder is scheduled to hold a presser announcing his resignation today at 4pm.

Of course, his exit will only be complete once a successor has been confirmed by Congress. That will likely keep him around until next year. He definitely won't be gone before the mid-term elections.
