I haven't seen this done in any of the apostolic churches in my area, and I'm not familiar at all with the "tithe confession". When I googled "tithe confession", the resulting pages didn't help. Some non-apostolic churches include a plea (bordering on a demand) for blessings - which didn't sit well with me.

For the apostolic, what it the "tithe confession"?
