What did Jesus mean by "Seek the kingdom of God" and "His righteousness"?

The Kingdom of God is just God's way of doing things. We have to seek to have the mind of Christ in everything that we do. We have been studying the Kingdom for about two years now, off and on. It's amazing and there is so much to learn about it.

Before The Day Of Pentecost the Kingdom of God hadn't come to men yet in a NT. sense because John The Baptist preached the Kingdom of Is Near or at hand ,so I feel what Jesus was telling His footprint followers is to seek to be apart of The Kingdom of God ,and when you are apart of God's Kingdom you'll be righteous.

We are to seek to know God, his likes and his dislikes, that we may please Him as Christ did. We seek God in prayer, fasting, and study of his word. I think the kingdom of God is eternal life and all it entails.

His righteousness... whatever God says is right and just.

We obtain His righteousness by his grace through faith in Christ's atonement for us. We can't earn it nor do we merit it on our own account because we have all sinned.
