Screeners work in constant fear of a a sting operation coming through... Most prohibited items are caught in the screening process, but the law of averages dictates that a small percentage of items will get through. The job is hard, the hours are long, the pay is poor and not on a par with other government agencies. But there is no excuse for the incompetence of having the SOP on line for months. Heads should roll at the top
