With the passage of the 16th graduated income tax amendment being in 1913, I am sure the Bolsheviks and their subsequent communist revolution a few years later .... WERE LOOKING OUR WAY.

Who woulda thunk ... the US was the first communist country. TIC

I don't think you will get much argument that Prez. Wilson was a progressive that had little respect for the Constitution. While we may have implemented the communist idea was presented at least 60 years prior by our dear friend Marx.
