The Detroit crowd is heading to JH's for another fellowship meeting. The biggest question has to be how long until they are directly targeted as districts get aggressive in policing local church platform standards and website content and pictures?
For the life of me I can't think who JH is????

JT .... if you may remember some of the more "liberal" UPCI fellas got together last year near Detroit, Michigan for some fellowship time .... caused a real big stink and distrust among the con types like Paul Mooney.
They will be meeting again it seems .... in Plano
AH I see. I remembered hearing about the libs meeting. I hope it went well...so it did I guess if they are having another meeting.

It is probably all just a ruse to get together and go to Six Flags Over Texas!!!
On a serious note does anybody have a list of the names of the attendee's of the Detroit meeting last year? And no initials please. I am too old to try and figure them out. I don't know why there would be a problem with saying the names. It is not as if they are being accused of going to Las Vegas and gambling.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."
