The ALJC has this rule for ministers:
This is from page 20 of the 2010 Constitution and Bylaws:
SECTION 4. RULES AND OBLIGATIONS
1. Our ministers may conduct meetings in any city and for any
church, regardless of its organizational ties, in the Oneness movement,
as long as the conduct of both the church and its pastor is in
harmony with godly living and Christian ethics.

This is from page 22 of the Ministerial Handbook of the Church of Jesus Christ under section 3, obligations and rules:
E. No minister of the Church of Jesus Christ Organization shall hold services for another church or assembly in the same town where there is an affiliated Church. If NO fellowship exists between the local pastor of The Church of Jesus Christ and the other church.

If it's legit or if it's a big stretch. I suspect the accusations came off a quick reply in their own haste because they were offended by his sermon. (Nevermind, the countless sermons where OP's mock and make fun of "Jezebel Charismatics.")

You know it is tought to tell whether or not you are TIC'ing it or telling the truth about how you feel. You know I think that you are touching on something here. Some people may be quick to down grade because they felt offended. If I ever go to another OP's church service and they down grade a 'Jezebel Charismatic' then I am outta there. I heard it too much growing up. People tear down somethings that is foreign to them out of ignorance. If they were using more wisdom I am sure they would choose their words wisely.

Your first post, I don't know how to phrase the question to you. I'm running short of words. Must be my fault. If I feel obliged to tell my friend something, that's not the reason I am telling him, I've either wronged him, someone else has wronged him, my actions may offend him, I am troubleshooting something and guarding it with loyalty. Why is there an obligation in this friendship to tell him you are plagiarizing him? If it doesn't matter one way or the other, it's not wrong, why bother or feel obligated to tell him?

Your responses of "because I don't think it's a big deal" and "because he's my friend" fall short of plunging deeper into the matter. You may simplistically fold your hands and smile that it all ends there, but it doesn't. There's a reason you feel such an obligation to your friendship on this particular matter. What is it about this matter that you feel obligated in your friendship to tell? I have a feeling you are playing hide and seek with me on purpose because back to what you've already said repeatedly: "you're trying to trap me -- trying to convince me." It's hard having a discussion like that, and that's why we've stretched this out over 20 pages. Lets end it. I don't know anyother way to asnswer any of your questions. I would tell my friend because he is my friend. PERIOD. Look dude if you see it as plagiarism see it that way. But you are wrong. I enjoy the banter here but for Pete's sake why keep asking a question when I have plainly answered it over and over. There is no underlying issue or anything to why I would tell my friend if I were using something of theirs. Quit trying to over turn every rock looking for something when all you will find is the same dirt I am dishing. Plain enough for you I hope.

Looking under rocks? What the heck are you talking about? Not conspiring against you. When I feel obliged to a friend, it's an obligation for a reason. Not just "because he's my friend." I don't tell my friend what my bowel movement felt like because of an obligation that he's my friend. There's a reason. Capeche? Plain enough? Only wanted to hear what your reason was. No trap! Pretty plain. In fact, after you told me, it'd help me understand where you draw the lines of plagiarism. It may also show a slight hypocrisy in your position. Maybe you sensed that and saw it coming?
