Myself, I would think jewelry and makeup (most of them wear makeup already). Jewelry has many positive mentions in the bible. The hair thing can be difficult. When wading through the "rules" one by one, the hair issue was a difficult one for me. I actually had to study on that one!

My mother hated the use of mikes and speakers in church services and often complained that it was too loud.
Since it wasn't going to change she started bringing earplugs with her and inserted as necessary.
