Dear AFF,

Dear AFF,

Just a little note to say that I am thankful you exist. The three years I've spent with you have been educational, emotional and mostly wonderful.

I am thankful for my God, my family and my church. I am thankful for good health and happiness. But, on this day, I didn't want to leave you out of my things to be thankful for.

I have met several of you in person, and I talk to a host of others, via phone, on a regular basis. I treasure our friendship and value the contributions you've made to my life.

Please know that your cards, letters, calls and overall support of my person and ministry are greatly appreciated. I don't take you for granted at all.

If ever any of you ever need a shoulder to lean on, just pm me, and I will send you my cell number. In this crazy world I am learning to treasure every friendly word, and every kind face, more and more.

Be Blessed, and Happy Thanksgiving!

Edward

Re: Dear AFF,

Edward, you said it well. Thank you, brother. I am grateful that you are a part of our little "family" here on AFF also. I appreciate your contributions. But most of all, I appreciate your heart. Whether we agree or not isn't even important. You have a heart to serve the Lord. That's good enough

Blessings to you, Ed. I enjoy your contributions to AFF.

Careful, the women (and a few men) will be passing tissues...

It's been a while since I read a post that brought tears to my eyes. Someone hand me some kleenex. I am also thankful for AFF. I don't know what I'd do without all my prayer partners here.... I am so very thankful for the friends I've made here, even though I may never have the chance to meet some of you in person.

Boy, Tina, there is a truth worth repeating!! I know how much I depended on everyone here thru Walt's ordeal. Now I consider it an honor and a privilege to be able to pray for the needs of my friends here on AFF.

I'm with Edward. One of the things I am most thankful for this Thanksgiving Day has been all of you here on AFF. I love yous even tho most I've never met and probably could walk right past on the street and not even know it. Sure wish we could change that
