Sister I think some people are selfish. They want to take up someones time and make them their servant and those with a servants heart can be taken by it.It can be that we don't serve the Lord anymore but serve a different God of a different kingdom...the kingdom of man.I have seen this happen to men as well as women. The world the counseling world uses is codependant. Some feel their happiness depends on another person.I am sure you are very familiar with the man or woman who finds out shockingly that another person is not going to give them all the complete happiness the story book fairy tale prophesied. That true happiness comes from our relationship with Jesus and that its a heart healthy relationship. If you have come full circle and now have developed into what Jesus would have you to be in your relationship then you are ready for someone else in your life.Sadly some people never learn and thats why there is PROZAC.

LOL...you got that right! I remember Sis. B referring to me as having a "servant's heart" and what I found out is that it was closer to co-dependency. I have come full circle and do know that no man, or church can make me fulfilled and complete...but I find my only true and lasting happiness at the feet of Jesus...and thank God I need no meds to survive!

Blessings, Rhoni

Have a blessed day O Wise One...ever think about becoming a counselor...well, LOL, I guess you are, aren't you! Love, RC

Blending my identity was the hardiest battle I had when I got married. Of course, I was not the typical new bride!!!!!! My husband in his wisdom did not push me to do this, and I did not feel pressured to do it, but it was a natural response to married life. But, it was a great inner struggle, because I was leaving my comfort zone, and going into territory I had never traveled before.

Sis Weona more than just got married. She also gained additional kids on top of her three...and, I assume, she still works.
