Re: Newest Law Office in DC
Baron, May I tell folks I have an attorney on "AFF Retainer"?
Or should I just tell them I have "people in DC"?
Either one sounds impressive!

Re: Newest Law Office in DC
Hey Bro!
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!
When I am in DC again, lunch really will be on me to celebrate this accomplishment!!
DC does need more lawyers-- lawyers who are in DC, but not of DC!!!!
And if Marion Barry ever comes by your office, I trust you'll know what to do!

Nope. Each state has their own bar. Under certain circumstances one can get permission to handle a case Pro Hac Vice. Though I do have a reccomendation for an attorney in your area if you need one. I met him when I was at the ACLJ the flew him in for a trial to cross examin a witness. He lives their in your area, I believe Kevin Payne has worked with him in the past, Brian Chavez-Ocho.
