I find if I just speak about God, the bible, and the Christian life as normal as I would any other subject I would speak about, that it is accepted in every day conversation with people, even strangers.

Of course, when I want to be by myself, I do try the yelling ans spitting approach and am sure to tell every one else that they just did not want to hear the Gospel.

I don't go to movies. I think I stopped when I was still in the world. It's the same old bad acting just getting worse. The actors are over paid, and reading the book is way better. Oh, didn't I say that to Miss B? I thought I did?

Yeah, I did. You must of missed where I said books are better.

In Fort Lauderdale, we have places that are out in the open, and have tables, were people can sit down and talk with each other.

That still was the wrong way to do things. Conversation, discourse is how we get to know one another. Not in a movie, where no interaction is going on, other than oooh, ahhhhh, wow, oh watch it! Sitting down and visiting people and allowing them to talk is the way we get to know each other.

Do you pray a lot for people in movie theaters?

Well, if pouring sugar down the gas tank of your car doesn't help it run better why do it?

Joseph Campbell, teaches about how Myth has a common thread, and how the hero in the story is central to the story. Joseph Campbell has a good understanding on how the ancients saw the world around them. Using the book in my research helps to understand the Roman, and Greek world in which the Gospel took place.

I hope that helped you.

Are these books worth looking for, or just books worth reading if you stumble across them?

When I was in the world I heard of Joseph Campbell and went to one of his talks. I have read his books and found it interesting how he sees the hero within the myth. It also shows how the ancients viewed their world, and how Jesus Christ surpassed everything the Gentile or Jew could hope for.
