You know, I have always liked a man in a suit with great smelling cologne, but have always ended up with a sweet, gentleman, country boy. God is good all the time

You know... of the few things that escape Rush Limbaugh's mouth that I still agree with ( )...

I remember him saying years ago that he believes the generations balance each other.

One generation will be very conservative, or nature based, or religious... whatever part of society you want to choose. The next generation will tend to swing in another extreme.

But then the next generation or so you see another swing back in the old direction and the pendulum continues...

I think we will see a swing back to people loving to work the land... I think we are already seeing it.

We are at my house...

I guess that is true. I was thinking about the economic situation in this country and kind of glad we are going to have to slow down and get our priorities straight!

I can see that happening already in a lot of people.

That's true! We have plenty of room on our vacant lot to plant a garden if we need to. My husband would love that. I don't like the weeding part, but I'm game if we have to.

Anybody who is married would understand that this is the way it is.

You don't learn what your wife wants... you learn what she wants this particular time around.

Surely you aren't married.

Yes, married.

My wife fell in love with and married a cowboy, so thats what she got.

Why change what you fell in love with ?

What if that wasn't the part you fell in love with?

I agree... but that is the way the husband thinks.

The new bride is thinking of what wonderful things she can make of this blank canvas she has just received.

The new groom is just hoping she will stay just like she is.

Ahhh the conundrum of marriage.
