There you go again with words.
Mass is nothing more than a word associated with taking communion.
Just as the word "Rapture" is associated with the "catching away".
Words are expressions of association.
They are not associated with monopolistic practices or origins....
We take communion, however we take and associate our communion services differently from the Catholic and Lutherans.
I do not celebrate Christmas as associated with "Mass" as a Catholic.
I celebrate Christmas as the english dictionary describes literally as:
Dec 25th a holiday celebrated by Christians as the anniversay of the birth of Jesus.
It does not have a foot note in the dictionary stating, also associated with some lame sun god from the babble of the ancient Pagans.

Re: We're Not Putting X-Mas Trees Up!
In order to "be ye separate" ye better be prepared to stop celebrating the 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Presidents Day, and ANY government created holiday.
Why is Christmas singled out?

You are so desperate in your attempts to legitimize and justify the popish holiday you have hijacked into your non-Trinitarian Pentecostalism.
Dec 25th is a hijacked pagan festival complete with all the bells and whistles.
You stamp Jesus across the front of it and proclaim that you are honoring Christ by your faithfulness to keep it merry. Yet, it is not sanctioned by any means, nor would it be accepted by the apostles who preached the Gospel in the first century. The mass, means communion? So you are communing with the tinsel, plum puddings, and holly? While you parade Jesus around in the form of an infant? Instead of the resurrected Lord and King?
Come out from among them and be ye separate!

To be consistent they shouldn't, but I know all to many, in fact never met one who didn't, celebrate ALL of the above with massive meals and "fellowship". Emphasis on the massive meals though.

Who you coming out and being seperate from?
The founding great men of the UPCI.
To the march many hold onto many of the standards of holiness etc?
Read the attached story of Christmas from the Dec 1954 Pentecostal Herald written by: M.J. Wolff
Just think if they were leading the church as men of God down the pagan road of Christ-Mass then maybe they were wrong in so much more...
Have some picked what they will follow?

Christ was no less God as an infant, in the temple at 12 confounding the priest or when he hung on the cross.
Where do you assume that because I celebrate his birth.
I deny his cup or his resurrection?
Without a birth
That which was laid before the foundations of ther world were laid.
Could not have happened.
God did not place man in the garden as an experiement doomed for failure.
In placing man in the garden he knew if man were to fail he was not going to fail man.
It is the Jehova Witness that reject Christmas.
They do not view Christ as begotten.
They view his flesh as having existed before Bethleham.
His birth was not a beginning of a fleshly robe.
It was a passage.
SOrry to me he was begotten and the word - became flesh.
I already shared with you I do not worship the tree.
