Re: McCain's Speech Tonight!

Sarah is never going to appeal to the hard cored feminist feminazi's whose lives revolve around aborting children and promoting lesbianism. That is a given.

Sarah will appeal to women who are not one issue voters who appreciate that they have an opportunity to make history by electing as the first female Vice President a capable, intelligent, articulate, chief executive of a state.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Re: McCain's Speech Tonight!

I find it laughbable that Light would insinuate that Sarah Palin is scared to do interviews. They have a timeline for doing things and that time will come. So when she does Light are you going to apologize?

What about Obama who put off for nine months the interview he promised Bill Oreilly before he finally did it?

Of course we now know why he probably didn't want to do it because unlike the liberal mainstream media Bill held his feet to the fire and got him to admit that the surge in Iraq was a success. Of course he was still to egocentric to admit he was wrong in opposing it. The funny thing is his excuse was that the Iraqi's still have not met the benchmarks set but the truth is they have met 15 of the 18 and just this week we turned over the Al Anbar province (Fallujah & Ramadi, etc) to them.

CC1,
What's your take on the polls saying more men are for the McCain/Palin ticket than women?
