I am indeed noticing there is a pretty versatile base of believers here.

welcome new kid
I certainly would not recommend looking for answers here. To many opinions. You might find someone who feels and thinks like you but would not just take anyones word. Seek out your own salvation with fear and trembling. Someone else already mentioned the passage about leaning not to your own understand..... well don't lean to other peoples either, lean on God and trust in Him to help you find your way.

Thanks for the advice. I will always entertain well thought out educated ideas in my search for truth, but my grandpa always says opinions are like...well, you know.

Hi, just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. My name is Jeremy and I am joining the community to meet some new people and get some new perspective from people from the various walks of Apostolic faith.
I used to be a Youth Pastor and loved working with the kids. I worked in Youth Ministry for about four and a half years. A culmination of several events lead to me thinking differently about god and the things of God so I am not currently attending an Apostolic church. I do however have a great love for many of the people I went to church with and am still firmly convinced in the core message of the doctrine.
I am not interested in starting fights or being abused so people seeking conflict (not that I expect much of that) will be ignored. People interested in honest dialog are perfect though as that is exactly what I want. I know that we may at times disagree but if we do let it be in an analytical and non-antagonistic way.
I am actually hoping to find some answers here for some of my questions. I hope that this forum will be a positive step in my spiritual walk.
I am currently studying the effects of Christianity in Roman politics and playing various games on the XBOX 360. I can be found reading anything from a Bible, a political blog, a Louis LaMoure novel, a history book or a comic book. I have a pretty broad array of interests and casual hobbies so hopefully I can find some common ground with some cool people here.

Welcome!
