As some of you know, I started Pastoring a new church in the Central Valley a little over a 4 months ago.
We started a ministry dealing with people in recovery, the come to two services and my wife teaches a weekly Bible Study to these ladies.
Two received the Spirit a couple of weeks ago, today we baptized 5 of these ladies, I also baptized my oldest son (his feet were sticking up) he had some trouble with the whole process because the water was cold. We also baptized another youth.
Anyway a wonderful beginning and God is moving in our church.
yours truly teaching

Brandon's feet sticking up, I told him that he will need to get baptized again, because his feet went up, poor kid, all he talked about was how cold the water was!

That church is alive and doing well from what I hear. Bro. Lumpkin was a giant of a man and well respected not only in our local area, but in the entire state.
