Re: Abolishing guns reduces crime??

I see nothing wrong with keeping a registered weapon under the seat of your car either.

I do not have a problem with using weapons to hunt or for self defense. Tasers are nice and can serve as an alternative to a gun, in many circumstances, but not all.

Is the general public allowed to buy tasers? My guess is they will eventually be taken out of service in police departments.

I thought so. I intend to purchase one once I have discretionary funds again.

Bro...I believe real men trust Jesus. I trust that God will protect my family from such a circumstance. Do you believe God will allow someone to rape or murder your family?

I believe the spiritually immature don't trust God to protect them...so naturally they need guns and knives etc.

Honestly, it depends on the amount and the individual. I've been shortchanged before and let it go...I've also pointed out that I gave a $20. lol

Praxeas, in my opinion the mere question illustrates a fundamental lack of faith in God. Do you actually think that God will allow your family to be raped and tortured in front of you? No wonder you think you need a gun to protect yourself...I would to.

I'm saying that I'm a Christian. I trust God. I trust that God will protect me and my family from ever facing such a situation. Since I trust God to protect us or to make a way of escape...I honestly don't see a need for a weapon.

Do you honestly think that God will allow you to be bound in your own home? Where's your faith? If I felt that way about God...I would think I needed a gun too.

I will, I don't start for a while but I have to donate 16 hours a month of time, I will probably donate a lot more in the evenings.

I had a high school teacher that is now a full time general in the Army that really motivated me to what I can, as I have said before I am politically active and I think this is the best I can do to give back....
