Dave, The Jews don't marry outside of their religion.
Most people pretty much agree its best to marry within
your own faith.
I think that spirituality and religion are more the glue
that holds things together than skin color - at least more
so in this age.
I wonder if you realize that there are people within each
race that think more alike individually then as the stereotypes
of their race.
The races are a lot more diverse then we give them credit for

In several chapters, the Bible opined you should not marry other tribes, other nationalities, or members of other religions. I take it on a case by case situation but with over 50% of marriages failing, it is hard to condone the strain put on a marriage by trying to work through the differences of culture. The bigotry that is endemic still in many parts and echelons of American society (And it is an overwhelming AMERICAN problem) needs to find NO HIDING place in the church of the living God.

Jesus Christ himself was multi racial incorporating in his humanity all three of Noahs sons, the men from whom the various races sprang.

Have you ever seen some of the Hawaiian people of incredible mixed ethnic backgrounds? Like one great grandparent who was chinese another who was Puerto Rican, another who was Irish, another who was negro another who was Polynesian another who was Filipino, another who was Italian and another who was Greek? They are the most stately breathtaking people on earth, kind of a living example of what the human race was BEFORE the races were divided after the Tower of Babel. No interacial marriage does not need to be "condoned" what needs to happen is if you are in a position of trust and some of your saints come to you and are in this situation and you find both of them to be fine God fearing people, let them know the obstacles they may face, and then let THEM make the decision (Now THERE is a novel idea) and you stand in back of them and strengthen them when they DO face ignorance and hate. My goodness how much longer do we even have to debate questions like this? (Oh the "White" by the way went on from being a butcher in his fathers butcher shop to one of Prudential Insurances top executives and far and a way the wealthiest man in the family.)

Hispanics from the Caribbean, like myself, are mixed beyond imagination .... I just don't get how we still are having problems w/ this ....

I was just in the Miss. Delta area ... and you would think Jim Crow is still in effect.

The pastor still has to preach on racial harmony in his church.
