My kids have been out of school since last month.

We have five kids and their ages are 5, 4, 3, 2, and 6 months. The 5 and 4 yr old went with Mamaw and Papaw (my parents for 2 weeks), then the 3 and 2 yr old went for another 2 weeks. My two oldest went to VBS. Now this Saturday my in-laws, brother-in-law and my wife's aunt are coming to visit us from Spain for 18 days.

After they leave in the middle of July, my wife will have to deal with all 5 while I work during the day. Lord bless her! She loves it when August comes around.

They have been out of school in this area for a month. My 14 yr old went to visit family in Michigan and hopefully we will go up over the 4th to get him. He has to come back for Band camp and then it is back to school on Aug 1st. I miss him. I guess I could say it is preparing me for when he leaves home.

we've been out for a month as well. (i teach school) we start back aug. 18. but get this...they are giving us a "fall break" in october...a friday and monday for a 4 day weekend. but making us go to school on LABOR DAY!!!! is that not the dumbest thing?!
