It Happened...
Last Sunday night a friend of mine who is a sweet christian ( some here may not consider her a christian) however she is a widow lady in her 70´s and pastors a little Assembly of God church not far from one of our churches.
They were in the middle of their service when bandits with guns came in and held them captive while they took their sound system, CD player and their money...
No one was hurt...thank the Lord and I have some of our church ladies over there this week staying with her as she is shook up...
If you can find it in your heart to pray for a little trinity preacher lady would you folks help me pray for her. It is in such a poor area and the Lord only knows when they will get money together to buy again what the bandits took from their little church.
I know the feeling of being helpless when bandits are standing with guns pointed at you...

I should have put this on the board earlier but since I do receive e mails sometimes about some of my friends...I knew I would be criticized by some because the dear little sister is trinity...however I love her and I know she deeply loves the Lord.

Sis A., it doesn't matter what denomination she is. She needs the peace of God to surround her right now. And most of all she needs the protection of our Lord.
I'll pray. You have my word on that one.

I will be praying for your friend and your safety. One of my friends is a Salvation Army Major.Two weeks ago she came in the foyer of the church and asked for either my husband or I. She requested prayer for her mother who was diagnosed with shingles.
This lady is also my supervisor/co worker here during the tourist season. My sincere prayer is to let my life be a witness for the Lord to her.
