I have no idea if the women that you are referring to cut their hair or not, but the length of their hair does no determine whether they cut it or not. Hair length is determined for the most part by genetics. I come from an entire family of women who's hair has never grown any longer than just below the shoulder, if they are lucky.

My daughter however was blessed to get her hair genes from her fathers side of the family, however, her hair still has never grown any longer than her lower waist.

Don't make assumptions based on bad information.

OK? So 95% of UPCI ladies have the shoulder length gene.

As for the banges they have the 6 inche gene..
