A PM Posted by Permission***WOW****

I want to tell you a short story. In 1997 I had a UPC minister and his son come into the Cash America Pawn in OKC and witness to me. I was selling guns for them off duty from the police dept. I was a 2God pentecostal associate minister and an evangelist at the time and I think it was your dad that was the one who brought me a prophecy wheel and began to have discussion with me. This happened several times and through this witnessing and the prophecy wheel I began to questions the doctrine that I had been raised up with. This led to me coming to the truth, but not before being ostercized and excommunicated and much more by my pastor. I would ask him the questions that a Bro. Graham would ask me and he couldn't answer them so he would get mad at me and tell me to stay away from those UPC heretics. The more I studied the more I realized I was in a cult and in 1998 I and my wife left the 2god people and moved back to my hometown of Locust Grove, OK.
We ended up renting a house from a UPC family and were invited to their church in Siloam Springs, ARK. about a 30 min drive. Although it was hard leaving my family who were still in the 2god group I felt like we needed to check the UPC and it's doctrine out.
To make a long story short, both my wife and I received a full revelation of the Godhead and Jesus' name baptism sitting in a UPC under Bro Tim Estes.
I have searched since 2000 to try and thank the minister who helped bring me to the truth. I believe he is your dad. I pastor a UPC church in Kentucky now and I owe so very much to the man who witnessed to me at the pawn shop. Could you find out if he remembers ever going to the pawn shop. I think it was on 10th st. but it's been so long I can't remember. It was a Cash America pawn.
My life has never been the same since that summer. I have gone through alot of persecution to come to the truth and I am still excommunicated by several of my family. They think I am lost and have fallen from the truth. Oh if they could just know. The doctrine they taught caused me to be terrified of God, I never really knew he was my dad until I came to the UPC. I was like a vacuum cleaner salesman who told people about this awesome device that could clean up everything and even the hardest to clean areas this vacuum cleaner could make it look new. Oh but by the way if you're not careful it has the potential to elecute you to death. I was preaching and teaching about a God I didn't know. I was preaching to people to come and give their life to a God who was hard and unmerciful and who will kill you if you make a mistake. I couldn't live up to the doctrine they taught on Perfection and being completely sinless before the Lord came back and so I lived in misery and fear all the time.
When Bro Graham came into my life that summer he rescued me and my family from the depths of hell. He challenged my thinking with such a wonderful spirit and he had 20 scriptures for every one I gave in opposition to the Oneness to God.
If this is your dad and I am convinced that it is could you tell him about my testimony and put me in contact with him. I owe a debt and would like to personally thank him.
My email is *******my phone is *********
Let me know if your dad is the one. I have been looking for such a long time I was almost convinced it must have been an angel.
Thanks in advance
Bro *******

Thanks for sharing this- So many times we never know the impact our lives have on the people we meet. It is good to hear success stories that build faith.
