You're funny, Brother.

I am curious how I got to be 25% Catholic. I should be more, or less, I'd think. lol

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

You scored as a Fundamentalist
You are a fundamentalist. You take the Bible as the foundation of your faith and read it very literally, and it shapes your worldview. Non-fundamentalist Christians have watered-down the Gospel in your view, and academic study of the Bible stops us from 'taking God at his word.' Science is opposed to faith, as it contradicts basic biblical truths.
Evangelical Holiness/Wesleyan
96%
Fundamentalist
96%
Charismatic/Pentecostal
71%
Reformed Evangelical
64%
Classical Liberal
43%
Neo orthodox
43%
Modern Liberal
25%
Emergent/Postmodern
18%
Roman Catholic
0%

Well it's a tie, but I was glad to see Fundamentalist win out! I was disappointed to see a picture of Jerry Falwell next to my score.

So a lot of you got Wesleyan, very interesting. Maybe you can give my friends at myholiness.com a "hello", and tell them Sept5SavedTeen sent ya! (They'd go out of their minds, they hated me there, due to the debates we'd get into, lol).

GOD BLESS!
Bro. Alex

The poll is stacked folks.

If you say the bible is true - you are Holiness Wesleyan

What's your theological worldview? You scored as a Evangelical Holiness/WesleyanYou are an evangelical in the Wesleyan tradition. You believe that God's grace enables you to choose to believe in him, even though you yourself are totally depraved. The gift of the Holy Spirit gives you assurance of your salvation, and he also enables you to live the life of obedience to which God has called us. You are influenced heavly by John Wesley and the Methodists.

I was wondering about the fact that most people scored Wesleyan higher than they scored Charismatic/Pentecostal.

The same pollster has one on "What kind of heretic are you?" Given the nature of this rabble, I took that test... it turns out that I am certified 100% "Chalcedon compliant." I don't know how the "Nestorian" elements of my heretical undercurrent got so high.

I deliberately backed one obvious "Modalism" answer down a notch- just to see how it tallied. "Pelagianism" probably goes hand-in-hand with my "Weselyan Holiness" on the first poll. What I think were "Monarchian" questions weren't really Oneness either. What's interesting is that you can entirely disagree with the "Three Persons" question and still be "100% Chalcedon compliant." Take that Torquemada!

So I guess I escape the stake for now, though that Nestorian tendency out scoring my Modalism will probably keep me from the Executive Council position I covet. Hey, where's Simony?
