however, I have a picture of my mother as a teenager in highschool dressed in boys clothes (she was a teenager in the 50's). it was gender bender day.

she posed with a football player who was wearing a dress.

I can promise you that this event in the 1950's was not some gay agenda driven event.

And no I'm not saying all women in women's pants are lesbians.

But sometimes they are subtle agendas behing thing.

From the article:

That apparently includes cross-dressing, an event which has found sponsorship in other arenas from the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network, which has promoted a school lesson plan for teaching boys and girls to cross-dress.

One can take a firm stand on their convictions without being hateful or unkind.I don't suggest anybody conduct themselves like that radical baptist church out west.

from the article includes the words "an event which has found sponsorship in other arenas"
meaning this event did not find sponsorship by any gay organization.

"Let's just say the numbers you are hearing are greatly exaggerated," Roeder told WND. "Events like this at a high school are part of homecoming week activities and certainly are not mandated events. They're voluntary activities that the students put on.
"Now if the parents had any indication that their students were coerced or bullied then that's another matter. They've not brought that to my knowledge," he said.
In any case, I would not let my kid cross dress for such an event. however pulling ones child from public school should be based on a real reason. Homecoming activities isnt one of those reasons.
