The only fire so far was in Camarillo/Moorpark area but it was quickly taken care of. The Malibu fire is near Ventura county. The Castaic fire was heading towards the Ventura County border yesterday but I don't think it got close. So far so good, except the smoke and ashes

Lake Piru....that's in Ventura county, near Fillmore. Big fire there right now

My daughters boyfriend told her earlier that he heard that Magic Mountain was bordered on all sides with fire! That's wild! He is in Bell Flower, not a danger area.
BTW, Prax, LOVE the new picture! Beautiful, brings tears to my eyes. Is it a good likeness??

So mad right now...leave it to our stupid, yes stupid U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer to raise questions about not getting the planes up in time to fight the fires. It's called weather!!!! Can not stand that woman.

She is the worst Senator next to Ted Kennedy in our government in my opinion.
