Welcome to AFF and you are absolutely right on both counts... you should always buy the big rolls in the 12 pack, not the little skinny rolls in the 24 pack. Much fluffier.

I leave the grading of my cheese to the dept of agriculture or the FDA or one of those organizations. I do, however grate my own cheese.
