I'm posting a few things that I believe. Notice the word 'was' as opposed to 'is'. I'm typing these speaking of Jesus as the man He was on earth, and God as He's always been, so read these in that light.

I believe that Jesus was born, but God was not.

I believe that Jesus died, but God did not.

I believe that the Father was greater than Jesus as a man.

I believe that Jesus could be in only one spot at a time, but God is everywhere.

I believe that Jesus had the capacity to sin, but God did not.

I believe that Jesus was limited in knowledge, but God was not.

I believe that Jesus came into existance, but God did not, as He always was.

I believe that Jesus was baptized, but God was not.

I believe that Jesus was anointed with the Holy Ghost, but God was not.

I believe that the Holy Ghost came down on Jesus, but not on God.

I believe that Jesus was the Son, but God was not.

I believe that God was the Father, but Jesus was not.

I believe that Jesus had a separate will than that of the Father.

I believe that God is not a person, except through Jesus Christ.

Now, Rico is going to come and say that I'm separating Jesus from God, making them into two beings, but that's not the case. I'm merely recognizing the dual nature of God and flesh manifested in the man Christ Jesus.

Would any of you say that God died? Jesus is God, therefore, when Jesus died, God died, right?

This is a statement I'm referring to:

Quote:
there is one God and that one God is one person not three. HE is one WHO not three WHOs. Jesus is NOT someone other than God. There are not two persons. God and Jesus. Therefore when Jesus died He died. WHO? God! But He died through His Human nature, not through His God or Divine nature. Otherwise you are creating a Jesus that is NOT God but someone OTHER than God.
This statement also says that God has a dual nature, not Jesus.

Who all agrees with that statement, or do I have to start another poll? LOL!

I'm accused on being anti-oneness, even though those who agree with my statements outnumber those who didn't on another forum by 3-1. I'm also the only one of those supporters who is being railroaded for my statements.

I have Bible to back them all up, and even though I showed this on the other forum, two individuals continued saying that I was believing something other than what I was stating....while several others continued showing support to my statements, but again, they weren't addressed, only me.

i am tempted but i would have to think about that to talk to you about it, and i am in the middle of thinking for my employer right now, jesus is god, and his human body died on the cross for our sin, no matter how you frame it, god didnt die, jesus human body did, but he also resurrected that human body as a sign to his disciples and us on the third day, to prove he was triumphant over death and hell, have fun, dt

HO...

You are exactly right in the WAS sense. But you would be completely wrong in the IS sense.

God bless you sis. You are on the right track.

I do not believe that God has or ever had a dual nature.

Jesus, during his earthly life had a dual nature. He had a human nature when he was here in His preglorified state. His nature now is entirely divine.

I believe that Mary was the mother of Jesus, but she wasn't the mother of God.

Oops....am I still denying that Jesus is God in saying that?

Do any of you believe that Mary is the mother of God??
