A federal judge scolded the State Department for providing false statements in an effort to prevent documents related to Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified information through a private email server from being released.
Lamberth also said he was “dumbfounded” by the Justice Department Inspector General report revealing that Mills had been given immunity and was allowed to accompany former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to her FBI interview.
