A former poster reached out to me on Facebook. Catching up, I stated that I went back to the UPCI.

I guess I missed this before he left, or I forgot.
“I made it ABUNDANTLY CLEAR BEFORE I LEFT AFF THAT THE APOSTOLICS WERE IN FALSE DOCTRINE.“

I was warned not to become legalistic. It was stated that the Holy Ghost is a promise, not a command.

Doc, you want to go that route? With me? Mmkay.

This poster now attends a Bethel church. A plant out of Redding, CA. I asked if there are manifestations in his church like the ones that take place in Redding. He affirmed.

After mentioning the link with NAR and Todd Bentley and his adultery wife... my character came through when I stated, “You’re warning me about rules... you’re following reprobates.”

That ended the conversation.

He made it abundantly clear before he left AFF that he was disgruntled.

One thing I have to say about this guy is that at least he left and didn't hang around continuing to make his opinions abundantly clear.

You know who he is? I didn’t realize he did that, or maybe I forgot.
His unraveling took years... documented here on and at AFF. I guess he finally wholely and completely embraced and sought out error.
When you state that only a few apostolics may be saved but you can’t discern that your church is operating through a counterfeit and deceiving spirit, honestly, I don’t even know how to finish that statement.

God help us all.

I dont know the poster you're referring to, but I do have a friend. He used to be a neighboring pastor. A great preacher. Was preaching camps and conferences fairly often. Had a revival church. Was a soul winner.... Ended up backing up on every "standard" he ever preached. Closed the church doors and moved to California. Now this week he posted on FB that nothing matters. Doesnt matter how you baptize. Doesn't matter how you live. Just be sincere, believe on Jesus. All denominations are right as long as they love Jesus.....

Makes me sad. I vividly remember he preached a ministers conference service. In the middle of his.message, he turned to the group of elders sitting on the platform and said something along the lines of "you're looking at a young preacher that will never change this message"...
