Is there a difference in Tongues?

Is there a difference in the Tongues that are manifest at the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, and the gift of tongues spoke of in Co 14??? Scripture please...

I see it all as unlearned languages, and I see 2 different uses/ situations.

In Acts 2,10,19, scripture says all of them spoke in tongues, and makes no mention of an interpreter..

1 Co 14 speaks of the Gift of Tongues, not all will have them..But if the gift of tongues is used it should have an interpreter.

Can someone expound on this verse.... Are the gifts controlled????
1Cor 14:32 And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets.

Should anytime we speak in tongues even in our own prayer time, should we pray we can interpret then also.???

The tongues that come as Evidence of the Infilling of The Holy Ghost are an unknown tongue. It is available to all. The Spiritual Gift of Tongues is not the same.

Both tongues are an unknown tongue (language) . I see them as the same type of tongue, but used in a different way. Anyway that is what I believe scripture indicates.. I think there are some that hold a different view.

Some believe that all Tongues are considered the gift of tongues, and that no tongues should be spoken in the church unless there is an interpreter..Whether it be in a message with interpretation.or in praise and worship, or in prayer..or the preacher speaking in tongues during his preaching....

If any here believe that, I would like to know how they come to that conclusion (with scripture)
