You don't believe its a true statement?

Or were you finally converted by Gail Riplinger and her Baptist Ruckmanites?

"It is Christ Himself, not the Bible, Who is the true Word of God. The Bible, read in the right spirit and with the guidance of good teachers, will bring us to Him. We must not use the Bible as a sort of encyclopedia out of which texts can be taken for use as weapons."

Allow God to be the judge.

I confess that unless one has had the full NT (Acts 2:38) experience, they cannot know with certainty. However, those of us who have experienced Acts 2:38 can know with blessed assurance.

Re: Question about Acts 2:38: What about the marty

can't argue there, amen. In both cases, belief means nothing, and it ends up being where your faith is that matters. You might believe Acts 2:38 saves, without having the faith to practice it, which would manifest humility, and make it impossible for you to feel qualified to judge others based upon their beliefs. It is in judging that you are judged.

So, the Righteous Ignorers are all done here? I asked a very simple question--a couple of them, actually--that you refuse to address? That is fine with me, but understand this; God will not be mocked, and all of your worst nightmares will come true. I can go dig up the relevant Scripture if you like. Have a nice day.

What a walking contradiction, he posts the sweet love message then when no one responds he curses one and all then wishes them a nice day. Typical Internet Hater Troll.

Re: Question about Acts 2:38: What about the marty

I am cursing no one; but neither do i hold "All Muslims are lost" in my heart. So, if you prefer to keep distracting from this, that is your right; but you could just as easily have asked me to prove the relevance of those verses, that i'm sure you are aware of. So, you find what you seek.

That doesn't matter, the Lord Jesus Christ holds all unconverted souls lost.
So, you can believe everyone from Muslims to Popeye to be saved, still doesn't do them a bit of good. You are pretty much anti-salvational to anyone seeking salvation. They are in a desert land seeking water, all you can offer them is your well wishes and a handful of hot sand.

oh, au contraire, you are the one who is the distractor, you are change agent provocateur, laying out the poison candy for the seeking baby to eat.

Waiting with bated breath, go on, get your verses together and lets see what you have.

Christ will judge the quick and the dead and apart from Christ they will be found guilty of breaking His law and ignoring His sacrifice upon the cross. They will be lost.
