How does either of these verses DEFINE the meaning of baptism as it's used in Acts 2:38?

I do use these verses to confirm what I teach about its meaning. But neither of these define baptism's meaning.

"They went down into the water"? How far?

They "come up out of the water"? Again, to what measure?

So, Sean, again please explain what you tell your "rookies with passion" about the meaning of "BAPTISM" in Acts 2:38.

So Baptism means to go "deep...farther the better...all the way into the underwater just to be safe"???

So, Peter said, "Repent, and go "deep...farther the better...all the way into the underwater just to be safe" every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost?

That's what you teach your "rookies with passion" that Peter said?

How is that not adding to what the KJV says in Acts 2:38?
