Good thing there was no Google when the Apostle Paul lived.

I don't believe Paul was throwing mystical hair analogy around.

Anyway, successful preaching is about getting the Word out, NOT about how people "take it".

I'm glad the name of Jesus was declared over that podium, and I pray that the history of the messenger doesn't become a problem for HIM to be received by some of the hearers.
BTW, it is how the hearer receives the Word, if it is not mix with faith it falls on unproductive soil.

True. But I'm sure there were many in the early church which were upset and felt Paul was wrong about his statements against circumcision, just as many of us believe Stoneking is wrong about HMH.

But Paul could back up what he said as being true - circumcision of the heart thing.

 You're right.
I'm just happy the Name of Jesus and the New Birth message was proclaimed from the podium at the United Nation's General Assembly.

It shouldn't matter our disagreements him, he stood and proclaimed Jesus Christ and the New Birth message to the main world political body.
We should all praise God and rejoice over it, not gripe about the messenger God used.

Every messenger God uses is imperfect. I indeed rejoice with LS over this incredible opportunity God gave him.

Being IN the General Assembly is not the same as addressing the General Assembly...the first few rows look empty
