This. If it wasnt about slavery, what was it about? Yes Lincoln wanted to keep the union together. Why was it fractured? It was so over slavery and the feds rights to tell the states they can or cant have it. Also why the need for the 13th amendment if it wasnt about slavery?

I posted numerous exsmples of lincoln's motives, war aims etc.In another thread i postef Madison on State sovereignty. You simply ignore them.

All I can say is this. Imagine your wife being sold to someone in another state. Imagine your children taken from you and sold to someone else.

Imagine yourself taken from your wife and children. Working from sun up to sundown for nothing. The "MASTER" brings your wife in to have sex. He brings your daughters in to have sex. So they could be born as field hands to do their work.

Brother you are to much of a lover of Yeshua to get identified as one who affirms such things. Dont get me wrong. I dont believe for one minute you do. But what is the point of "exposing" Alex Hally?

I think our children SHOULD see slavery presented at its worse. Maybe we wont make that mistake again.
