This whole forum is about trying (hopefully) to find and exhibit truth, and yes most don't fac it enough...you were just stating the obvious...that's why I viewed it as soft.

Just a point of information regarding D&G.. the last time I played with them at Bro. Fauss' church, Rayborn and Clayborn were both on extended fasts and could hardly speak without weeping and speaking in tongues.

I have not followed the journey they have taken other than I know that their pastor took another road and they may have been a bit disillusioned by it all. I assure you that all of my experiences with them were very positive and very anointed!

I did once.

I left, and gathered up a young man and his wife who attended a friend of mine's church while I was at it.

I knew his pastor wouldn't want him staying. If I called his name, most of you would know him, as he has become very prominent in recent years.

The speaker was supposedly "operating in the spirit," but I didn't like what I was feeling, and decided to get out of there pronto.

There was a service that I wanted to walk out of...it was being preached by a prominent minister. The only reason I didn't because I was visiting with a friend and I didn't want to be rude.

The preacher preached that he hoped and prayed that the church a block from his would burn to the ground. The church [I will not say the denomination] was one of the few churches that promote family values and return to Biblical truths and advertise heavily through all media types. My thoughts were that if any visitors were from that denomination they would be offended and NEVER saved because of one man's ignorance.

The second thing he preached in the same sermon was that a 16 year old girl got up during a service to go to the restroom and that she was abducted from the church foyer, taken behind the church and raped. He blamed her for wearing a slit in her skirt and used it as a jumping off point for rigid dress standards. This also I thought to be an ignorant statement because we all know that if lust is in the heart of a person that nothing a person wears or doesn't wear instigates his predatory mind.

I have purposed in my heart never to sit through another ignorant sermon, such as was preached by this ignorant man, no matter what his name or rank...
