Saddened by NY Grand Jury Decision To NOT Indict

After almost a month-long internal investigation by the Victoria Police Department, Chief J.J. Craig announced in a news release that Robinson violated three department policies: conduct and performance, use of force and arrest without a warrant.

A criminal investigation led by the Texas Rangers also has been completed and sent to the Victoria district attorney's office for review, the city also announced Monday.

Not surprised. Funny how the "idiot" and "unintelligent" guy had it right from the beginning. I'm happy with the result. LEOs should be more mature, know the laws they're enforcing and be able to reasonably handle a simple conflict like this. I agree with the witness, if this ex-cop handled a simple traffic stop with this much force, imagine what he'd do in a real serious situation. Chief Craig saved someone's life with his decision to fire Robinson.

Yes, I am satisfied with the job our Texas Rangers do. I don't think any of us believed he wouldn't be fired based on the current climate in this country.

Although, I am still curious about the verbal exchange that began when Vasquez got out of his car.

I still believe that Vasquez could have avoided all of this by cooperating with the police.

While he wasn't beat to death, Garner was an unarmed, disabled man in which the police had a major role in his death. And who did PO blame, over and over again? The unarmed, disabled, and now dead man.

It amazes me how that one post struck such a nerve, that it immediately sent PO into personal attack/name-calling mode where she couldn't even address it, save only to call it "stupid" and "idiotic."

I'll say it again, because it's the truth, and show how it applies to her posts about Garner.

Several cops were filmed choking and kneeling on the back of an unarmed, disabled man. PO claimed the officer was in the clear, and instead both blamed and mocked the unarmed, disabled, and now dead man.

Since she couldn't argue against it, she created a sideshow by posting insults and arrogant remarks calling me "stupid," an "idiot," "idiotic," "unintelligent" and questioned if others have exhibited violence towards me.

And instead of apologizing for those posts, as she should have, she continued doing it.

Good grief.
