I think this has a good chance of sticking, at least until it makes it to some higher courts, where it will probably be tossed.

However, this one incident is not even close to what BHO has done during his reign, insofar as coercion goes.

This will backfire on the left. It will propel Perry to hero status among his base. All they have to do is run adds showing this drunk libtard having to be restrained and the public will cheer Perry for trying to run her out of town.

You're right, and it has. Him willingly going to Austin for the fingerprint and mugshot was a good move. The ad he released after that was also great.

Several Grand Jury members were "offended" at the suggestion by Perry that this was politically motivated. Among them was this woman:

*Rhoda Chambers, who is the only person listed in Travis County with her name but would only confirm her service on a jury that ended last week, said grand juries involve careful consideration of facts.

"For me, it's not a political decision," Chambers said. "That's what a grand jury is about - take the emotion out of it and look at the facts and make your best decision."

Yeah, she's a liar. While she was on the grand jury, she was also active in another role...for the Democrat Party.

^A watchdog site named MediaTrackers, however, looked into Chalmers' online identity, and soon found she had been an active delegate at the Texas state Democratic convention in June.

She also attended an event, while a grand juror, featuring Texas state Sen. Kirk Watson, a Democrat, who gave a speech on a 2013 filibuster by the Democratic candidate for governor. Watson a month before was a witness before Chalmers and the grand jury, MediaTrackers reports.

This woman attended an event which featured a witness in the case? And she's claiming it wasn't a political decision? HA!

What a joke. The court needs to drop the charges immediately. When Axelrod and the NY Times editorial panel, among many, agree that the indictment is a farce, you know something's wrong.
