Repubs plan to stop Obamacare w/o Gov't Shutdown

Why is it so many people are so STUPID! The Republicans are talking of stopping the funding of Obamacare! Let me say it again.... s l o w l y!!!! The Republicans are going to stop the funding of Obamacare!!! One more time!!!! The Republicans are going to stop the funding of Obamacare!!! THEY ARE STILL FUNDING THE GOVERNMENT, .... JUST NOT FUNDING OBAMACARE!!!!

Now let's see if we can figure this out. To shut down the government.... you don't fund the government. To shut down Obamacare, you don't fund Obamacare!!!! Fund the Government, don't fund Obamacare.

DEMOS!!!!! Can you understand? No one on the Republican side has said shut down the government.... It's shut down Obamacare while funding the Government. IT'S THE DEMOS, DUMOS THAT ARE SAYING IF YOU DON'T FUND OUR PET PROJECT, "OBUMERCARE" WE WILL SHUT DOWN THE GOVERNMENT.

So stop your lying. It's the democrats that are saying "if you don't fund Obamacare we will shut down the government and blame the Republicans for it!" Sounds like kids in the back seat...... He touched me! NO! HE TOUCHED ME! He touched me first! Waaaa Waaaa I want my way! Make him stop!!!!

One more time..... Stop the funding of Obamacare and let the government continue to operate with the funding that is set aside for the Government. One final statement..... We can't afford what the government is spending to operate the country. But!!!!! We sure can't afford to spend the normal operating costs, (which by the way, were being spent before Obama conceived his pet project Obamacare) and we sure can't afford the escalating costs of Obamacare!

STOP THE SPENDING!!!!! STOP THE SPENDING!!!!! And start "the stop" by defunding Obamacare, while caring on the operation of the government! Don't shut the government down.....just shut up Obama and the lying liberals as you shut down Obamacare!.

Who knows Mr./Mrs. odooley6985! I said Obama wouldn't be elected for a second term. What did I know? If we don't get Obamacare stopped America will suffer a long, long time from Obama's overspending.

I know that so much of all this is complicated. But this is not...... if you can't afford it, don't spend it!!! My dad always said, "You can't borrow yourself out of debt!" Oh, if only Obama and the Dems, along with the wild spending Repubs, as well, could learn this.....! If we all conducted our business like Uncle Sam we all be in bankruptcy. Listen, the important thing is what we do in the Government now, especially because Obama is in office and things have really gone south concerning our Constitution.

The House leadership tried to pull a gimmicky deem and pass and they failed with the principled Conservatives.

The Conservatives want an up or down vote on defunding Obamacare. That is what we should have. If we continue playing games, nothing will ever change.

The Republican Establishment has got to go. And that is another reason many of us refused to vote for Romney. We want total change in the Party. No more Republicans masquerading as Democrats. This country has had enough.

As BT has shared, the Conservative Republicans are making it very clear that they only want to use their power of the purse to stop funding Obamacare and it has nothing to do with defunding the Government. If Obama tries to pull that off, it will be on him. They may try to blame the Republicans, but we have social media now and we are using it.

But for some reason, they are continuing to refuse to capitalize on winning issues that the Dems hand to them on silver platters. Rather, the GOP stabs its on base in the back and inores their demands. Why? Because in the final analysis, the GOP does not stand for freedom and liberty. They prefer to be a permanent minority party as long as they get to continue to share POWER, the country be damned.

This is my point. Its just a stupid game that will get NOTHING done while he is in office. IMHO it will make the GOP look bad, more than the DEM. Just my two cents. Thats why I keep saying, why not work together to get something done that actually has a chance to get done? I hope Obamacare gets the can as well. I just dont think holding the threat of a Govt shutdown over everyone's head is the way to go. Spin it and blame it on who you want. If you know Obama isnt going to defund Obamacare, why keep on trying? Yes Obama is using the threat to shutdown the Govt it they try to defund the bill. So what does the so called conservatives do? They still try to defund it. Makes perfect sense.

Well said. No one is working with anyone it seems like. Lets fine some common ground and go from there.
