Wow. This Judge. West has a point, in that the Def has been given absolutely no time to prepare. It is a deliberate strategy by both the Pros and the Judge. It stinks of politics and behind the scenes shadyness.

Judge should be reprimanded for her actions and conduct. She should be removed from the bench and never preside over another trial like this.

Having to use the FoxNews feed today. For some reason my usual live stream is not streaming. Not sure what's going on right now, but it looks like both sides are in the room with the Judge.

No surprise. Both the animation and text messages are not admissible.

West looks really mad. This Judge is in full crisis save mode for the Pros. Pros didn't make their case, the Def has decimated the Pros' witnesses and case -- to the point where the Pros changed their story yesterday and claimed that yes, TM may have been on top, but he was trying to pull away when GZ shot him.

If GZ is convicted of anything, the Defense should have a strong case showing bias by the Judge and have it overturned.

Unless I missed something, the Judge refused to allow Def to use the animation in the trial; which would include the closing arguments.

The Judge also upheld her previous ruling to not allow the text messages or pictures to be used in the trial; again, would include closing argument.

I sit corrected, the Pros had no objection for its use as a demonstrative aid, so Def could possibly use it in their closing arguments.
