In the video, the investigators played Jenna Lauer's 911 call with the screams. Listening to GZ talk to the investigators, and hearing the 911 tape again with the screams...IMO it sounds like GZ screaming for help.

We've had three wits on the stand.

Wit #1 today was the FBI audio expert that the Defense used in the pre-trial hearing about the 911 audio. Remember him? That testimony was neutral. Certainly not helping Pros, but not really helpful to GZ either.

Wit #2 was Officer Singleton. She interviewed GZ at the police station. That testimony I would count towards the Defense. There was audio and video played during her testimony that showed GZ as very cooperative.

Wit #3 is on the stand still -- Officer Chris Serino. Serino requested for transfer shortly after the GZ case, citing that he received internal pressure from other officers to press charges against GZ.

He is on cross right now. They played GZ's re-enactment video, which was very helpful to the Defense.

Based on what I've heard today, it's been yet another good day for the Defense; I don't see any way the Jury comes back with a guilty verdict. The Pros just has not proved anything beyond a reasonable doubt.

Judge granted a sidebar to Pros....I'm sitting here watching it, and I see the Pros all the way on the right, and it's funny to me because he was the Pros who made the opening statement. At the time, IMO, he seemed overconfident (even slightly arrogant) in what he was saying. And now, he's well off to the side of the others, head down, looking about as glum as one could look.

O'mara tiptoeing the line talking about "external pressure" Serino was getting to make a case against GZ. It's disappointing that the Jury can't hear about the pressure Serino was receiving, including pressure from someone who was an officer and was friendly with TM's father. IMO, the Jury needs to be able to hear this info.

IIRC, the Judge has limited the Def from talking about that external pressure.

IE...they had no evidence. IE...GZ never should have been charged. IE...this is one more bit of evidence showing that race and political correctness is the ONLY reason GZ is having to go through this trial.

I read someone saying that very soon the Defense isn't going to have to present one more thing.
