Another thing is I can't fully trust GZ's reenactment because too many factors play into it. I use it as general bases of events. Some people would say he's lying because of inconsistencies or inaccurate information and the fact that he's going to omit or portray only that which he believes would make him appear innocent. On the other-hand I know from somewhat limited experience that a fight or traumatic experience is sometimes perceived and remembered differently from the ones experiencing it and the ones maybe witnessing. For example his head could have only been on the concrete and hit about a couple of times but the fear of such would make it feel like it happened way more than it did.

I'm not an expert so I don't care to try to decipher from the possible traumatic misremembering, the embellishing, the omitting, and the outright lies. Somethings regarding the reenactment timeline don't really fit with the NEN recorded call.

But considering where he was parked and where the "T" is and that being the point of the confrontation, even from the witnesses testimonies, its likely TM either ran a bit and hid or came back to initiate a confrontation. And unless GZ was just standing still for a long period of time, wherever he went the fact that the confrontation happened at the "T" about 30 second walk from his truck he was most likely heading back. The confrontation happened about 3-4mins after he left his truck.

Adding that I have been through some emotional experiences, not physical, that I can't recall the full details. So, I do get that.

Glad someone rebutted the racist Global Grind article.

I don't care what your culture is, you better learn, in that culture, to show some respect in a court of law. She was a horrible witness.

She also stated to the Prosecutor that she missed TM's funeral because she went to the hospital for "high blood pressure". There is no record she was ever at the hospital. Looks like perjury to me.

Thanks for posting the video of O'mara on Sharpton's program. That was a great interview. I was one of the many upset with the defense's leak of TM's photo's, school records, etc...but after hearing O'mara explain why they did so, it makes perfect sense.

I also agree. When we are in a fight or flight situation, we may not remember exactly what happened. I'm not worried about minor inconsistencies.

FBI audio expert on the stand now. Before trial started, there was a hearing on the 911 tapes, to see if the Judge would admit Pros evidence that the screams heard on 911 were in fact TM's. This FBI expert was the defense wit who made the Pros' wit look foolish.

The Pros' "expert" was a guy who joined via Skype from what looked like a home office; who used software you can buy from Best Buy, along with software that he sells and makes profit on. The hearing was a disaster for the Pros.

The trial hasn't been any better for the Pros.

Possible witnesses this week:

Sanford PD Lead Investigator Chris Serino. Serino is on record as saying he felt pressured to bring charges against GZ. He could be yet another witness for the Pros which could be more helpful for the Def than the Pros.

At some point, this week or next, TM's parents are expected to take the stand. I'm very interested to see how Pros will question them, as the Def is only able to cross on what the Pros has questioned them about in court.

Pros playing audio of Officer Singleton's interview with GZ. GZ did not request a lawyer, even though he was read his Miranda rights and was told he could not leave until the PD figured out what happened that night.

I believe PO mentioned earlier...GZ does have a soft voice. Hope the Jury picks up on that.

GZ is giving his side of what happened that night.
