Let me correct that. Generally, missionaries are licensed with the GMD (so I was told), and not a district per say. However, now Drost is free to be incensed directly with IPUM. It would be like me moving to Mexico as a private citizen and transferring my license to the local district there.

I knew there was a problem when I went to the Mexican General Conference last year and they had a woman in tight pants and plunging neck line on the platform singing, "Holy, holy, Holy..God in three persons. Blessed Trinity"! I kid you not!! David Wilkerson once said that when a minister is harboring secret sin, his discernment departs. Looks like Ol' Dave was right!!

We've sung "God in three persons, Blessed Trinity...." at our church.
I have no problem with it.
Some times I sing "God in Christ Jesus, Blessed Unity" and some times I sing "God in three persons, Blessed Trinity." It's all the same thing. "six of one and half a dozen of another" to quote an old scripture

Sam, please get real and stop acting like it's not a big deal. You know I'd be considered a liberal by many on this board on these issues since I don't think Trinitarianism always constitutes a belief in 3 Gods, nor do I believe all Trinitarians are going to hell. But it was plain disrespectful for an IPUM leader to invite such a group to sing at a ONENESS conference to begin with, and then to act like nothing was wrong when people spoke up. I don't blame the girl, I blame the leader.

Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.
