I bought her an almost 3 carat diamond wedding ring. God was pleased with it. You are not? Want me to go to hell because of it? The sooner the better? WOW! I'm touched.

Btw, if God can put jewels upon his wife (Jerusalem) and earrings in her ears, I am sure he is quite pleased that I put a jewel on my wife's finger. In fact, I am certain of it. The Word and the Spirit agree.

I guess some look at Gods word as others look at tea leaves and see things that are convenient to explain and support their beliefs, instead of the other way around.
