Re: Name the Compelling Reasons to Reelect Obama
One of my co-workers parents was in a coma in the hospital, yet he managed to vote in the presidential election.

except for needed spending cuts, it is about protecting status quo from radical republican change. thank god for the filabuster in case obama loses. we won't see radical change. we don't need it. the system isn't designed for it.
republicans would be better off if they weren't proposing radical change, but u have to veer to the right in the primaries and that kills them. democrats lose if they veer too far left.

I am amazed people actually but believe this stuff. DM do you also believe the moon is made of blue cheese?

Here are some things I personally saw/experienced:
1. A Charismatic/Apostolic (African American pastor and congregation) church in our neighborhood has a separate building for church offices. They covered up the church sign in front of that building and put up a large sign as an Elect Barack Obama headquarters. They registered (black) voters and collected their absentee ballots.
2. There are about 20,000 people in our city. It is called Forest Park and is about 15 miles or so north of Cincinnati. Our population according to the 2000 census was about 56 percent African American and about 35 percent White. I don't know what the 2010 census numbers are. I only know of 3 houses with john McCain signs in our city for the 2008 election. There may have been more but I only know of three. All these signs were either vandalized or destroyed. One was on our street. I used to work with the man who lives there. Their sign was vandalized or knocked down a couple of times and then destroyed. One man on a street which our street runs into had his sign damaged a couple of times so he took it down and gave it to someone else who does not live here. Another man had two signs in his yard. He lives about a block from me. His signs did survive until election day but they had holes punched in them.
3. Recorded phone calls from Michelle Obama targeted us to be sure and "vote early" because "that's the only way we can make sure my husband wins this election."
3. A representative from "the union" went door to door to collect early ballots. When she came to our house she knew my name and the name of my wife and wanted to have us vote early so she could turn our ballots in for us. The representative was a young African American woman and was very pleasant but I refused to let her enter our home and talk to us and collect ballots from us.

That's quite an alarming post to me.

I'm speechless. I wish Sam would have been interviewed on Fox News or any other major network to discuss his observation/experience...

Re: Name the Compelling Reasons to Reelect Obama
Although I do not believe President Obama is doing a bad job.It took over 8 years to create this economic mess and people expect the man to undo 8 years of damage in 3 years not going to happen.I do not want to see Pres Obama relected because I seriously feel if he wins another election we will see the prophecy come true nation shall be against nation. meaning a RACE WAR their is so much anger and hate in America now you can just feel it in the air. I say we elect Mitt Romney for President he is the only candidate that can beat Pres Obama.Lets get a good old white man back in the oval office so these angry people and tea partiers can go back where they came from.Your thoughts?

Nothing but opinions spewing from your post, it's sickening...
1) Obama hasn't made things any better...
2) The race war began when the Europeans invaded the Native American Indians...
3) Mitt is not the only candidate to beat Obama...
4) And, Obama can go back to where he came from. Chicago? Hawaii, Kenya? Anyone know where he came from? I haven't taken the time to research (sense the sarcasm) since he's a waste of my time, and tax dollars, as it is...
November 2012 can't get here fast enough...

This is a canard. Ronald Reagan inherited an economy with 12% unemployment, 21% interest rates, and extremely low consumer confidence. Within his first term things began to turn a corner. When he came up for reelection he won 49 states. Obama is unpopular, not because he's black, he's unpopular because he's incompetent as president. He took a bad situation and made it worse. If conservatives are racist, why was Herman Cain their poster child before his reputation was ruined by the media? I went to a rally for Herman Cain. Do you know who sponsored it? THE TEA PARTY!!! There about 3,000 people there and it was about 80% white. And there was a lot of enthusiasm for him and cheers and hoops and hollers. So spare me the stupid race card. I'm so sick of this being the liberal default when Obama gets criticized or repudiated.
Of course when he loses next year that's going to be the cry from liberals, the media, the Democrats, the established African American leadership, etc. But history will show that the man did almost everything that one could possibly do to hurt capitalism and a free market because of his ideas.

The hasten the fall of capitalism, destroy the Constitution, and bring about a Marxist/Socialist state.......
That should be what you want if you vote for Obama. Take a look at who he surrounds himself with and what their views are.
