What attitude? I am mild compared to what I have encountered from your side of the fence. And I know that many on my side of the fence have allowed the cancer of bitterness to destroy their lives. And I know that many on this side are rude and mean in their approach. There is no disputing that. I do not havd an attitude against MY elders. I do not have elders at the moment. I wish all of God's best to those who remain at the church where I started and harbor no bitterness toward them whatsoever.I do understand that not very many can or will take the path that I have taken. From my side of this, it gets frustrating to the umpteenth degree. I can't/don't express my views with the church. I don't want to offend or hurt anyone, and it leaves me with the feeling of being bound. Hands tied, mouth taped. This forum is my only outlet.

Two things...
1. I appreciate your honesty here...
2. I don't have a fence... I love everybody....I disagree with those who have left what they once were... but I don't love them any less...
Actually 3 things...
Your point is what we have been saying about Apostolic Friends Forum...
It is or has been a place where you can be honest and I use that word because it is your feelings about what you think is right... but also in being honest it is where folks have voiced their opinions about leadership, about Apostolic Doctrine, and about Standards...and usually it has been to the anti-side of it... then there were those who were so bitterly dogmatic to almost a maniacal point that it wasn't worth the time to come here and defend a conservative lifestyle any longer...
I am sorry about your frustration... the Best I can do is too pray for you my friend...

The first thing I asked him was about a teaching he did in El Campo about the Antichrist spirit. He clarified it for me, and I moved on to my next question.
When everything was said and done, he asked me to bring the discussion into private it was late and I had to get to sleep because church was in the morning. I sent him a reply via PM, and since haven't heard back from him.

This is how I explained it to Brother Blume, he being adamantly against outer attire of separation and posting on a Holiness Apostolic Pentecostal forum, is like having Illegal Aliens coming to a John Birch Society meeting. I thought by the second night of posting he and I had things straightened out between us. We even traded Newfie jokes, and he like some of the pictures I posted.
Yet, he didn't inform me that he threw me under the bus over here.

Does the John Birch society still exist?I will be going to a wedding in Fallbrook ,Ca. in December.If I remember right the headquarters was there.

Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

People have misquoted things I have said or read things into them or even taken just parts of things I have said...but that really does not matter...People are just people...Our life and fruit proves what we meant.
All of us have different personalities...and different ways of expressing. I really thing as a whole (not always) we can disagree with people and still be friends and respect. I disagree with Brother Blume on the end time yet I respect him. I disagree with Brother Epley on women preacher's but think very highly of him.
I disagree on several levels with different people however I sure would not be found trying to kill them.
I think we can disagree and have a good spirit. Well...just my thoughts...
