Are we all simple Reprobates here?

Maybe just another case of poor sentence construction. That's easily done in a fast moving thread.

I would point out though that I have in the past few days read where homosexuals who used to believe this Truth have defended their homosexuality; what would you call that? I have also read where people who onced preached the same message I do will declare up and down that baptism in Jesus name is not essential, nor is the Holy Ghost.

I think it would be well to quote the exact post or posts, so that we can know exactly what was said.

I do recall someone posting the accusation. This is not my thread so maybe BOOM can pull up the posts.

I don't understand why they continue to post here if they truly feel we are beyond hope.

I hear we are past being able to find salvation here all the time on other boards. We resurrected here with the idea we could all move past petty bickering and I agree to have all told they are beyond salvation is strong. In my opening post, I declared how I knew someone once who was said to be a reprobate. I don't know of any here that are now so simple they cannot be saved.

It seems many seem to have migrated back to the same old thinking that none can be saved except by their way. Or they are so ingrained at a once bad deal life dealt them, they cannot move onward.

As Renda asked last night, Can't we all simply get along?

Look I post on other boards and the communication gets way more corrupt than AFF ever has. This includes ministers forums. AFF has been a very safe place to post. In fact, the greatest complaint so far has been the extreme restraint.

The danger in the whole "reprobate" thing is that it affirms the notion that the conservatives are mean-spirited and act a lot like Pharisees.

Only caring about appearances without giving one whit about a lost soul.
