And your Romans post was tremendous. Thanks for that.
I do think he owes you an apology.

Guess I left that one wide open.

But, I'm just wondering if there will ever be wording that is just right?
I see the will of the people being over-turned.

The Ninth Circuit does seem to be excessively activist at times.

Personally I think the solution in Federal Court would be current scheme for appointment but a non-partisan affirmation vote every 6-8 years by the people in their jurisdiction.

I can differentiate. :-)
The point can be made that laws outlawing same sex marriage are exactly the same as what Virginia did.

Sometimes the will of the people is deemed unconstitutional, Sandie ... Brown vs. the Board of Education ... thankfully started a tide of legislation that overturned segregation and Jim Crow laws (the will of the people) when they were energized to exercise the tyranny of the majority by means of racism, disgruntled by the results of the Civil war ... and legitimized by the Plessy vs. Ferguson "separate but equal' decision

I think we have to be in denial to not think DADT is not the beginning of homosexuals agenda.

I just saw carton with soldiers on a DADT mountain raising a american flag in victory with a same sex marriage mountain next to to be conquered next.

I get the feeling we're not suppose to mix up spiritual and legal things in this thread. *winks*

Guess I'm just old fashioned, un-enlightened, ill-informed, oh and bigoted....but I still say if society would return to honoring God's will and ways we would reap blessing. Turning away from those things reaps the opposite.
