Judges don't make laws Coadie, they pronounce rulings. A judge may rule that the Constitution protects the right of the individual to live according to their conscience. In fact, when a judge rules that the GOVERNMENT can't prohibit gay marriage, he's disarming GOVERNMENT power over private individuals and private choices.

You keep mentioning God and then sin but claim not being politically correct is a sin. Where does the bible say politically correctness is the law?

Interesting question. Sometimes the symptom is the actual disease. Sometimes depression can have an unkown etiology such as sin or guilt.
In secular psychiology, sin, soul and a few other words have bee replaced with non biblical terms.
