oh.. Hiya Timmy.

Me?
yes, I do.

Didn't always though, started out on a completely different path and was
a fairly accomplised occultist when a friend of mine introduced me to Jesus.
Man, what a wild ride it's been since that day...
didn't have a chance to get well grounded in God's word when I got shipwrecked
by 'good church folks' and went back to what I knew best: the magik paths.
I spent a few years exploring some more of those whilst running from God.
then I ran into some actual christians who walked the walk. When you combined
that with our Lord putting the kabosh on a rather serious magik working of
mine, I decided to stop running and see if He actually did give a rip about me.
What I found way back then, was that Yes, God still cared for me even
after I had run off and played the fool.
Good thing too, since I'm still not perfect and can occasionally still be stupid.

I've learned since then, that God cares more for me and mine than I do, myself, and way more than some of the church folk care.
Fortunately, He has led me to a good fellowship which helps a lot, given what
I am called to do and the path He has placed my feet upon.

Cool.

Will you ask Him a question for me?

Probably not, since you can ask Him yourself.

But I don't have a relationship with Him. Will you ask Him for me?

Then there is one question that you need to ask Him yourself, and I suspect
you know very well what it is.

Real conversations? As in He talks to me?

Please, I just have one question, and it would be very simple for you, having a relationship with God, just to pass one question along to Him and tell us what His answer is. I'm sure He won't mind. Why should it bother you to do this little favor for me?

if you will look at that OP again, you will see that Paul is not saying
"God micromanages us". He is saying that various things will occur
and God knows what they are, He is letting us decide whether we will
follow Him or not, individually in doing those things; or if we will let
someone else take care of them for Him in our stead.
